Recently our company went through a major voice infrastructure change. This implicated the implementation of new VOIP gear across the country cost to cost and the vitalization of all our call centers. All our systems where changed within a 6 months period. During the implementation, we engaged ARC consulting to handle all our day to day request mostly related to our call center environment. The service provided by ARC was incredible, while our team was focused on the implementation of the new technology, ARC professionals took care of our daily request seamlessly. There was no impact to our users during implementation; they provided outstanding service, and response time. I have has the pleasure of working with the ARC Consulting group over the last 3 years. We initially hired an ARC consultant for a 6 month contract to “re-build” our Avaya PBX in Toronto.
